Our Business Philosophy
The objective of our business is to provide high quality original artifacts and reliable service for our customers. We hope you will enjoy visiting our web site and we look forward to dealing with you in the future. Our Collectables We try to provide nice 100% authentic WWII artifacts and other collectables as well. We stand behind everything we sell. All our products are 100% original unless otherwise stated in the description. We offer a 14 day return policy on all our items. If you are unhappy with your purchased item, just return it within 14 days and we will refund you the purchase price minus shipping fees, no problem. After the 14 day inspection period all sales are final. As of October 2019, Paypal will no longer refund the transaction fee on refunds. Because of this, any payment made through Paypal that is later refunded will not include the transaction fee as this will not be refunded to me. This is not our policy, it's Paypal's policy. Payment Methods We accept Money Orders (US Postal money orders are preferred). We accept personal checks (but the item will not be shipped until the check clears our bank). We accept Paypal payments (credit card payments can be made through Paypal, all items paid through Paypal must be sent to a confirmed address). Shipping Policies
Our customers want to know that they will get the best service possible when they purchase something from us, so here are our shipping policies. After an item is paid for we will try to send the item out the next business day, but the item will go out no later than 3 business days after payment. We will ship all our items US Postal Service with tracking. Shipping cost's will be determined at the time of sale. As far as shipping outside the US, any item shipped outside the US over $100 must be sent express mail with a tracking number for proof of shipment & delivery. Overseas express mail starts at $70. I can offer first class shipping overseas which is quite a bit cheaper, but we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail. If shipments outside the US are not sent with express mail, you are taking the risk of damage and loss as we will not be held responsible. We will also not falsify customs forms, so please don't ask. If you have any questions please email us. Other Fees Customers living inside the state of Tennessee will be charged 9.75% sales tax on their purchase. Layaway Policy Due to a lot of requests by our customers we now offer a 30 day layaway policy on purchases over $100. We ask that you pay 30% down and the rest within 30 days. When final payment is made the item will be shipped out to you right away. If you are unable to complete the purchase, a refund will be issued less a 20% (of the total purchase price) restocking fee. In the event that we are not notified within the original 30 days that you are unable to complete the transaction no refund will be issued. |
